Position Description

Maintenance Technicians will work independently and with other team members to perform preventative and routine maintenance tasks. They will troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Operates, installs, and maintains production machinery and mechanical equipment
  • Will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of machines and mechanical systems
  • Reads, understands, and explains electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints
  • Works with 120/240/480 single and three phase wiring
  • Handles service work orders within a timely manner
  • Ensures all scheduled work is completed as required
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience and/or training with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and electrical repair; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Post-secondary education and/or a technical trade certificate
  • Ability to weld and familiar with metal fabrication, sheet metal skills and tools
  • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic controls
  • Knowledge of building construction - steel/wood construction
  • Experience with HVAC systems would be a plus
  • Ability to stand, life, bend and stoop
  • Must possess a valid WI Driver License
  • Must be Forklift Operator Certified
