As Territory Manager you are responsible for all business related issues in your territory. You strive to constant develop
your business together with our dealers with a long term view. Your main focus is to bring any business related value to our
dealers / consumers in your territory. You are here to change the world by getting more people on bikes all day every day.
Your Territory will most likely be the Greater Stockholm area & Norrland. You report to our Nordic Sales Manager

Secure that our presence in Retail meets the expectations of the consumer
We aim to employ a person with a great business mindset that loves to crunch numbers and through analysis make the
correct decision. You have a strong track record but most important is that you have a will and passion to make a
difference. You are a self motivated high performer that loves to hit targets no matter what kind. You have very strong IT,
excel, BI skills since we put a lot of effort into business intel. You have an eye for retail and you have a good understanding
of how all marketing related activities combines with sales. You speak Swedish of course but also writes / speaks English
fluently, since English is the global language of Trek. A strong interest for bikes is key to understand the business.
EMPLOYMENT / TERMS
The role is full time. Salary according to market standards. You will have a Work from Home set up. We prefer that you live
in the greater Stockholm area. Travel is part of the job, mainly nationally but also internationally in certain occasions.
