About the Role
The role of Store Development Manager will report to the Director of Retail for Europe and is a critical position in the European retail team. It is vital that the successful candidate has the experience and leadership skills to lead the function.
- Lead the design, implementation and merchandising team – based in Milton Keynes, delivering retail projects throughout Europe
- Develop Trek’s expansion and Store Development strategy in Country for direct and concept stores
- Develop relationships with external suppliers across Europe that enable cost effective project delivery
- Deliver a consistent brand identity in all retail projects
- Experience in property acquisitions would be an advantage
The successful candidate should ideally come from a strong operational background within a retail business with the ability to work autonomously. Having had significant exposure to design, implementation and merchandising disciplines at a senior level is a must.
Experience of delivering multiple projects varying in complexity is key, ideally across several different countries.
