As Customer Care Guide in the Nordic Team, your No 1 focus is to give incredible hospitality to our customers and consumers. You are a point of service both to the market but also internally to support our sales team and other parts of the organisation. You belong to a Nordic Team where you will serve customers/consumers all over the Nordic region, so flexibility, positive approach and solution orientation is your backbone. You are here on getting more people on bikes all day every day. Your position can be from our HQ in Halmstad but also from a “Work from Home Office” it depends where you are located. You report to our Nordic Customer Care Manager
- Daily customer / consumer related requests which can vary from orders, warranty, technical issues
- Help our dealers to operate on our B2B platform, train them to become self sufficient
- Register orders that comes from dealers
- Support internal projects of all kind
- Constant develop our dealer business by leading them into the future
- Consumer chat, where we are a part of a European service Team
We aim to employ a person with a mind of a solution hero. You love to give the best service no matter what the issue is. You operate easily in different computer systems one of them will be JDE (Oracle). You learn fast and have a natural interest in bikes and technical matters. You like to be a part of a team and you always put the team first.
Our company language is English, which you must be able to speak and write fluently. You speak also minimum 2 Nordic languages and 1 of them must be Finnish.
EMPLOYMENT / TERMS
The role is full time. Salary according to market standards. You can work from our HQ in Halmstad or from a “Work from Home Office”, somewhere in the Nordics.
