Position Summary 

The Identity and Access Management Analyst serves as the implementation lead for identity management. The person in this position develops, implements, and monitors IAM policies and procedures for Trek and its subsidiary businesses. This position provides operations support for identity management tools and technology. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Work with the Global Information Security manager to develop and implement the programs and processes as agreed to by the Security Steering Committee and IT leadership 
  • Work with various business leaders and application owners to define and establish access levels and methods within the identity management toolset 
  • Manage the tools and technology needed to implement the defined access levels and methods 
  • Ensure that the implementation of the programs and procedures conforms to appropriate technical and organizational standards 
  • Design, implement, operate, review, and report on identity management orchestration and automation processes, workflows, and policies, including connectors for applications, databases, and other directories 
  • Availability to respond to incidents for the identity management systems as escalated 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Excellent customer service skills are required. Must be able to deal effectively with a variety of customers with a keen focus on hospitality 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required 
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to complete work in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy 
  • Technical experience is preferred 
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and LDAP preferred 
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting preferred 
  • Familiarity with SAML, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, or other federated identity management technologies preferred 
  • Familiarity with basic networking and IT infrastructure 

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required 
  • At least 3 years of IT experience is required 
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with identity management solutions is preferred 
  • At least 2 years’ experience designing and working with highly available systems is preferred
