Primary Purpose: 
This position will directly report to the Marketing director, the perfect candidate for this role will be responsible for executing social media, strategies and campaigns, communicating with Students, creating content. The Marketing Coordinator will also communicate with Key players in the Marketing and communication team and other departments to assist with various projects as needed. 

Specific Responsibilities: 
  • Support the Marketing Department by creating and developing social media content, maintaining and updating social media calendar. 
  • Conduct researches to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data. 
  • Plan and manage online and on campus events. 
  • Manage and coordinate filming schedules and work with third party photographers and videographers. 
  • Discover any marketing and social media trends that may be applicable. Ensure maximum effectiveness by staying up to date with any changes on all social platforms. 
  • Execute social media strategy on all platforms. 
  • Create engaging content in text, image and video, collaborate with designers and copy writers on creating informative, attractive content. 
  • Measure all social media traffic, define social media KPI's. 
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate communication online with students, responds to comments daily, build and maintain an online community. 
  • Reports on online comments and reviews from students.
  • Create an optimal schedule for posting, considering both customer engagement metrics as well as a web traffic. 
  • Oversee the layout of all social media account. 
  • suggest way to optimize content and attract students.  
  • Measure campaign success. 
  • Work closely with current students and alumni to create content. 
Position Requirements: 
  • Organized, multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Working knowledge of email software and designs. 
  • Knowledge and expertise on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Youtube. 
  • Ability to deliver a creative text, images and videos. 
  •  Familiar with marketing channels and marketing strategies. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to grasp future digital technology trends and act on them proactively. 
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English (Spoken and Written). 
Education and Experience: 
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar.
  • 2 years experience in a similar role. 
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
