Parts Coordinator
Transdev in Norcross, GA is hiring a Parts Coordinator. The Parts Coordinator performs basic vehicle servicing, cleaning and fueling with limited supervision. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Transdev is proud to offer:
- Competitive compensation package of minimum $45,000 – Maximum $55,000
Benefits include:
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
- Sick days: 5 days
- Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the ordering, receiving, and stocking of diesel parts and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts
- Work closely with maintenance technicians to ensure timely parts availability
- Source parts from vendors and negotiate pricing when necessary
- Track and monitor backorders and expedite urgent parts requests
- Maintain records of purchases, warranties, and vendor information
- Ensure proper storage and organization of parts in the warehouse
- Process invoices and ensure accuracy of billing and documentation
- Assist with budgeting and cost control for parts and supplies
- Follow all safety and compliance standards related to parts handling and storage
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of parts room experience
- Computer literate with strong attention to detail.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
