Lot SUPERVISOR
Job Purpose
Become a part of our Transdev team as a Lot Supervisor. The Lot Supervisor is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining the facilities inside and outside. This includes maintaining the parking lot, checking in/out vehicles, parking vehicles, and maximizing the use of space in the lot, light lawn maintenance and snow removal are required. Lot Supervisor must ensure on-time pull-out performance and vehicle cleanliness. Responsible for checking vehicles to ensure that they are in sound working condition. Lot Supervisors are held accountable for the quality of their work and assisting the upkeep and appearance of outdoor areas.

Lot Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Ensure vehicles are ready for service for the next day
- Ensure vehicles have all necessary equipment needed for service
- Assign vehicles to operators throughout the rollout
- Fuel vehicles if necessary
- Ensure vehicles are fueled and clear of debris prior to leaving lot
- Assist operators in locating vehicles during the rollout process
- Switch operators into replacement vehicle if current vehicle inoperable
- Ensure vehicles are clear of debris during the flip
- Make sure belts and cones are stowed in appropriate position.
- Wipe down all touch points on all vehicles
- At the conclusion of pullout, ensure all vehicles are turned off and parked in the appropriate location
- Sort and file DVI’s during any down time
- Assist Dispatch when needed
- Duties as assigned
- DO NOT SIT IN PERSONAL VEHICLES
Lot Supervisor requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Valid DC/MD or Virginia drivers license
- Knowledge of computers
- Customer service experience
- Able to make sound judgment decisions
- Team-player attitude
