Vice President, Talent, Rewards & HR Performance
 
Position Overview: 
This role will focus on reinforcing the HR organization to support the business and HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) teams (regionally and locally) while ensuring the successful design, implementation, and monitoring of robust Talent Management, Compensation/Rewards, and HR processes/systems and performance which support business goals and needs.   The role will play a critical role in the ongoing integration of the Bolt acquisition and will work closely with corporate departments (Finance, Legal, IT, etc.), the HRBP organization, and the group HR organization to drive HR excellence across the company. This position will be located full-time at our Lombard, Illinois HQ office. 
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience at a director or VP level, with experience delivering strategy and implementation of talent management, compensation, and HR strategy and performance improvement programs.  
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing HR strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at the executive level.
