                                  TRANSDEV PHOENIX is looking for a Revenue Supervisor
 
 
Location: 2225 W. Lower Buckeye, Phoenix AZ. 85009
 
Essential Job Functions: 
  • Operates computer on menu driven program to electronically collect revenue data. 
  • Pulls cash box. Pulls cash boxes and empty contents into cash receiver. 
  • Checks cashboxes for needed repairs and reports to Electronic Technician. 
  • Reinstalls repaired cashboxes into proper buses. 
  • Logs probe time and any irregularities on the Daily Revenue Attendant report.
  • Compiles reports of all training that occurs and keeps files updated as required by Transdev.
  • Reports all performance issues to the Fuel Island Manager.
  • Communicates with Transdev Management on any issues relating to COP contract adherence and other related issues. 
  • Performs audits as required by the client and Transdev on bus cleanliness and other concerns.
  • Ensures that special requests for special project buses are met as required.
  • Inspects facility in all areas which the employees utilize for safety and compliance.
  • Follows established procedures to maintain security of all revenue facilities. 
  • Uses forklift to transport portable vaults to counting room.
  • Maintains operations in a safe, clean, organized, and reliable manner to fulfill contractual obligations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assists Fuel Island Manager in hiring, scheduling and bidding process and completes required pay change information for Human Resources. 
  • Able to work varied hours, days, and shifts in the outdoors.
  • Handles all administrative tasks including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook, and contribute to the development of policies
  • Administer employee leaves and accommodations, maintaining accurate internal records and conducting regular audits for accuracy
  • Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
  • Establish/maintain the accuracy of employee records by both manual data entry and auditing the database for all employee record changes including, but not limited to status changes, pay rate changes, address changes, new hires, terminations, tax withholdings, and direct deposit information
  • Participate in projects as assigned by the Human Resources Director or other leadership
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate innovative and engaging employee communications campaigns and materials across multiple channels.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information.
  • Maintains and reviews changes for proper authorization and adherence to policy including compliance with federal/state/local regulations
  • Evaluates and discusses performance with employees, in both satisfactory areas and those that need improvement.
  • Conducts daily meetings with employees and participates in monthly all hands meetings to ensure timely distribution of information and monitor contract performance, areas of concern, safety, and client and employee issues. 
  • All other duties as assigned.
 
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
  • High School diploma or equivalent, business training a plus.
  • Ability to learn how to fuel vehicles
  • Ability to learn how to assist cleaning personal in cleaning location vehicles. 
  • Experience in supervision in a strong Union Environment. 
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a CDL Class B w/Passenger endorsement. 
  • Bi-lingual helpful.
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check. 
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent proficiency with Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Union contract administration, labor law, and transit operations highly desirable. 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.  
Physical Demands:
  • Work may be accomplished in or out of doors in inclement weather. 
  • Must lift 12 pounds from floor to waist; push/pull 18lbs; 12lbs upper body force up to 3-hours; climb stairs and move the steering wheel and operate pedals freely while seated in bus seats.
