Fuel / Administrative Clerk - Apprenticeship

Part Time – Flexible Hours Between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour

The Fuel/Administrative Clerk ensures the efficient operation of the automated fuel system. This position directly interacts with all departments and individual operators and provides customer satisfaction through clerical shop and telephone support. Transdev employs people who are committed to providing our customers with the highest levels of quality and customer service. Major Responsibilities:

  • Process daily transaction from fuel sites
  • Reconcile all fuel transactions
  • Maintain Monthly Inventory Record
  • Order fuel as needed or as directed.
  • Ensure deliveries are made in accordance with the Contract. 
  • Log fuel tickets and invoices. Check for accuracy in pricing and submit for payment.
  • Download fuel transactions into Faster.
  • Encode / deactivate fuel keys
  • Record log and surplus fuel keys
  • Maintain various databases in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot fuel and billing discrepancies.
  • Initiate service calls for repairs to fuel island and system.
  • Maintain all records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Run and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

Qualifications:

  • Be subject to a pre-employment drug screening and random drug screening.
  • Be subject to a pre-employment physical.
