Transdev in Irvine, CA is hiring a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk performs data entry of information to maintain database through the company’s software. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:
- $18.00/hr.
Benefits include:
- Vacation: up to 14 days per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Trapeze MDT and AVL data, review available estimated and actual times within Trapeze and fill in the blanks.
- Data entry of odometer reading and system generated estimated travel miles
- Data entry of times and odometer reading in Trapeze.
- Review available distance traveled and review available odometer reading.
- Review system generated estimated times. Other duties as required.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks to ensure that all contractual and legal mandates are met.
- Input and extract data from manifests to provide data to management and the client.
- The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to define minimum activities.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
· Some college studied preferred
· Minimum of one-year related work experience.
· Working knowledge of database systems and ability to perform data entry via keyboard.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Ability to use and master specialty transit related software programs.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
