We are Now Hiring an Office Manager in Leesburg, VA!  

Responsibilities:

  • Performs all administrative functions, interface with customers, vendors and internal departments. Maintain contract files and records using dual entry databases. 
  • Maintains contract files and records.
  • Schedules county units for service and prepares and sends faxes, emails and mail as required. Administers accounting data, payroll and personnel records.
  • Must be proficient with outlook, excel, word. Inputs and extracts data from fleet system to provide data to management and the client.
  • The above duties are not meant to be restrictive initiative, but rather to define minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the company as needed. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent 
  • 2-3+ years of transit experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills & interpersonal skills 
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
