Description

Transdev is looking to hire a Parts Clerk to assist our maintenance team in Burnsville, MN; previous experience in a parts-based work environment or fleet shop is a plus. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and offered benefits. We provide public bus transportation across the Twin Cities, and you will be supporting a mixed fleet of gasoline and diesel buses ensuring we always have the right parts on-hand.

Purpose: 
Performs receipt, verification, labeling, storage, documentation, and security of all parts and supplies in the parts room. Enters and processes work orders in online and physical systems. 

Responsibilities:
- Orders, receives and stocks parts, keeps storage area clean
- Cleans and organizes shelves, bins, racks
- Enters necessary data into computer and ensures accuracy
- Provides reports as needed
- Conducts price and quality analysis, orders parts
- Manages cores and parts returns
- Monitors re-order levels and replenishes stock
- Maintains files and other related records
- Other facility duties as needed
