Your Part in It:
Working out of Monterrey, MX we are looking for our next Account Executive. You will be responsible for making sure the movement of freight across North America, or even across the globe, is coordinated and executed successfully according to our customers’ needs.
Your work will support our rapidly growing Sales team and you will communicate thoroughly with other team members and Traffic Tech personnel. This position is a great opportunity to further your career within the extensive logistics’ field. The ideal candidates will be able to identify, pursue and close new business through various sales strategies. Additionally, you will be called upon to work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide logistics and technology solutions for your clients. Nurturing positive relationships internally and externally is paramount to the success of the Account Executive.

What the Job Entails:
· Creating and maintaining Strong Customer Relationships
· Negotiating with Shippers and Carriers
· Shipment tracking – monitor pickup and delivery.
· Gathering required shipping documentation
· Effective and professional communication with clients and carriers
· Minor Accounting Functions and data entry
· On-site shipper visits for our Core Customers
· Secure opportunities with decision makers
· Establish relationships with account C-suite.
· Serve as a consultative resource to customers regarding service offerings and market trends.
· Maintain operational efficiencies for book of business.
What We Are Looking For:
· Bilingual in English & Spanish
· 1+ years’ experience in the logistics industry
· Customer service and sales experience
· Problem resolution skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills are a MUST
· Possess professional phone mannerisms.
· Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
· Must be capable of working autonomously.
· Must be able to SPEAK read and write in both English & Spanish proficiently.
· Must be available to work Monday through Friday (8:00pm – 5:00pm) and EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
