Your Part in It:
Working out of our Chile office, we are looking for our next Senior Sales Executive. This individual will play a key role in expanding our footprint by driving new business, developing long-term client relationships, and delivering best-in-class service. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with a deep understanding of freight forwarding and 3PL solutions in the region.
SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
What the Job Entails:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chilean market
- Build and maintain a book of business by developing strong client relationships
- Secure and grow strategic accounts through value-driven sales approaches
- Provide consultative support to clients on service offerings, pricing, and market trends
- Develop executive-level relationships and serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite contacts
- Collaborate with internal operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, track outreach, and monitor progress
- Stay informed of competitive landscape and industry developments
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding or 3PL sales
- Strong knowledge of international logistics and multimodal transport (Air, Ocean, and Land)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
