OFFICE MANAGER

What the Job Entails:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Working alongside internal team to ensure security has the updated list of visitors each day.
  • Supervise and provide support to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and work alongside HR as needed.
  • Ensure kitchen, social, and community spaces are kept in pristine condition.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Foster a positive and productive office environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Strong operational knowledge and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, flexibility, and an outgoing personality.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with facilities management or logistics is an asset.
