We are currently looking for a Global Forwarding Operations Agent to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia.
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of experience or education in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field
- Strong English communication skills — advanced English is required
- Knowledge of international freight documentation is a strong asset
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CargoWise or E-Manifest is highly valued
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do
- Manage Express Rail Service (ERS) requests, carrier communications, QC checks, billing, and costing
- Support Canadian freight operations by preparing and reviewing manifests, invoices, pre-alerts, and other documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment information in CargoWise
- Update auto-costing databases with carrier rates and transportation zones
- Track ocean import shipments and coordinate warehouse notifications
- Assist with cost tracking, remittances, and billing activities
- Monitor KPIs and provide support with shipment diversions and operational requirements
