Join the heart of Trade Me's Property Team and drive our audience strategy to new heights! As a pivotal senior leader within Trade Me, you'll spearhead the Property Audience strategy, collaborating closely with the Head of Audience - Marketing (Property) and our great Property Leadership Team.

* Work closely with the Head of Audience - Marketing, to ensure we integrate product and marketing activities to drive Property audience engagement.
* Work closely with the Head of Product - Agent & Rental, and our Sales Director to ensure our audience and agent products work well together.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to align product and marketing activities effectively.
* Deliver on KPIs aligned with strategy.
* Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.

* Senior Leader experience in consumer facing digital product management. Ideally in the property or classifieds industry, but not required
* Drive and agility to deliver results amidst multiple stakeholders and priorities.
* Exceptional product acumen with a track record of delivering digital products that meet customer needs.
* Analytical prowess to identify and prioritise opportunities, understand customer behavior, and evaluate product performance.
* Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills to empower and grow high-performing teams.
* Track record of collaborating across sales, marketing, and engineering functions.
* Proficiency in strategic planning, execution, and effective communication at executive levels.
