About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Manager to join our Supply Chain Solutions and Analytics team as we embark on a major strategic supply chain transformation. You will support the Supply Chain Leadership Team with major initiatives including: expansion and optimization of our supply chain distribution network, implementation of a new demand and inventory planning system, and major enhancements to our reporting and analytical capabilities using Business Intelligence software, improvements to our ERP system and implementation of ad hoc tools. All this transformation will occur as we continue to grow our business and our geographic footprint across the United States. You will lead a team of analysts to assess and prioritize important needs and work cross-functionally and cross-departmentally to create solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Supply Chain business operations. You will develop an expert understanding of the business model and processes within all Supply Chain functions to become a driver of change within the department. You will report to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Solutions

You will

  • Lead a team of analysts to support the company's growth and Supply Chain's transformational initiatives
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to identify priority work and lead your team to deliver impactful solutions to support operational efficiencies and improved decision making within the operational Supply Chain teams
  • Use knowledge of back-end systems and end-to-end Supply Chain functions to serve as an internal consultant to help diagnose operational problems and understand needs
  • Lead the development of dashboards, data visualizations, and other reporting and assisting to define new KPIs and their measurements
  • Develop long range plans to transform Supply Chain reporting and analytical capabilities
  • Develop and manage models and processes for key supply chain strategies including ordering, logistics, distribution, and inventory management
  • Drive adoption of technology tools and help with change management best practices
  • Lead cross-functional projects; partner with team members from all organizational levels

You will come with

  • BA/BS degree - in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business or related field
  • 7+ years' combined Supply Chain/Retail operations and Business/Data Analysis experience
  • Team leadership experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Business Intelligence software experience (Power BI preferred)
  • SQL proficiency, working with SQL Server DB and BigQuery DW
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, writing macros) experience
  • Experience drawing conclusions and creating plans based on analysis of large quantities of data
  • Retail experience is a plus
