Visual Store Marketing Coordinator is a generalist role that specializes in supporting the Visual team with daily operations and implementations of store marketing projects ensuring the collateral and communications are accurate and clear.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Senior Visual Manager to execute various Visual Marketing initiatives and daily tasks.
  • Responsible for ensuring stores have all signs they need; responds to store sign request, ordering signs through the portal and tracks shipment receipts.
  • Manages all new store marketing collateral and communicates individual store specific needs to both internal and external partners. Ensures all new stores receive necessary signage for opening.
  • Manages grand opening marketing spreadsheet and communicates with external sign vendors to ensure the materials arrive on time.
  • Manages store sign library, monitors sign inventory, and prepares reprint document as needed.
  • Works with Visual Specialists on preparing binders for all new stores.
  • Assists with live proof set ups in HQ with each season code.
  • Assist with store sets and mock store set up.
  • Organizes sample rack and ensures all samples are accounted for.
  • Assist with printing line sheets for each store set.
  • Assist with preparing photos for store set document.
  • Assist with the What's coming document.
  • Maintains open lines of communication within the organization and provides prompt answers in a timely manner.
  • Interfaces and builds relationship with partner and supplier counterparts.
  • Performs other job duties as needed.
  • Regular travel is not expected though travel for some project roll outs may be needed.
What You'll Need:
  • AA or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years prior marketing experience or equivalent.
  • Organized, operations-oriented attention to detail and detail-driven.
  • Illustrates a dedication to meeting requirements of internal and external partners, responding to all requests promptly and thoroughly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver who shows initiative and can work independently and with others.
  • Is accountable for results, approaches obstacles proactively and looks for ways to resolve problems.
  • Ability to multi-task and seamlessly move from project to project.
  • Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
