You will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting click-stream and purchase data to identify and provide actionable recommendations to improve customer experience across digital touch points.You'll play a key role in setting the strategic direction for the digital business, maximizing sales opportunities and improving customer experience across digital touchpoints. 

This is a 100% remote, 6 month contract with medical insurance. 

What You'll Do:

  • Disseminate relevant web analytics data throughout the organization; champion data-driven decision making
  • Manage the collection, measurement, reporting, and analysis of web behavioral data across business units
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on user behavior and design measurement approaches (i.e. KPIs/benchmarks) for enhancements on site
  • Partner with IT, Marketing and Operations team to help identify and mend data gaps, source issues, and data inaccuracies
  • Utilize data insights to inform the development of testing (including developing hypothesis, identifying KPIs/benchmarks)
  • Work closely with ecommerce/IT teams to identify data capture opportunities and collaboratively implement improvements
  • Assist with formulating actionable recommendations to business units through ongoing reporting, story-lined presentations, as well as daily interactions
  • Assist with A/B testing design, execution, analysis of results and recommendations; work with cross-functional team and stakeholders to help identify A/B testing and site optimization opportunities

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe, Coremetrics) and tag management tools (Tealium IQ, Google Tag management) combined with Advance level Excel skills
  • 2+ years of experience with dashboard development using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, DataStudio, Looker, etc.). Experience writing SQL (Big Query a plus)

This is 6 month contract with a pay rate ranging from $40 - $60 per hour.
