Length of Assignment: 3 months with potential to extend
Location: Remote but must be available to work primarily on Pacific Time to meet the needs of the business. 
Please note: This will be a W-2 In-house contract role 
  
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Associate Site Merchandiser Temp to support the day-to-day execution of our ecommerce site. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless customer experience through site management, product sorting, search optimization, and daily QA.
 
You’ll partner closely with merchandising, marketing, and site operations teams to bring campaigns and product strategies to life—while ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency across the site.
 
What You’ll Do:
Site Management & Execution
  • Execute daily site updates across homepage, category pages, and product listing pages (PLPs)
  • Support homepage refreshes, campaign launches, and promotional changes aligned to the commercial calendar
  • Ensuring product visibility aligns with business priorities, inventory levels, and seasonal strategies
Product Sorting & Category Optimization
  • Set up and maintain product sorting strategies (manual and rule-based) to optimize conversion
  • Manage category assortments, ensuring key styles and trends are surfaced appropriately
  • Partner with merchandising to align product placement with inventory and business goals
Daily QA & Site Health
  • Conduct daily QA audits to ensure accuracy across product placement, pricing, promotions, and imagery
  • Identify and resolve issues such as broken links, missing images, incorrect pricing, and promotional discrepancies
  • Partner with Site Ops / IT to troubleshoot and resolve site issues quickly
 
What You’ll Need:
  • 1–3 years of ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital experience (apparel/retail preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and execution
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
  • Familiarity with search and merchandising tools (e.g., Bloomreach) preferred
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
