Works closely with the Design Director to develop and execute assigned categories with seasonal trend concepts and merchandise strategy from inception to completion. Manages the design execution process to ensure all deadlines are met.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with the Intimates Design Lead on the direction for the styling, fabrication, color development, and seasonal trend.
  • Understand and incorporate trend intelligence into product design efforts.
  • Design and create Illustrator sketches for Tech packs including front and back sketch, construction details, material, trims hardware spec.
  • Create style boards showing silhouette and color, fabric, print/pattern options.
  • Manage the development process of Intimates samples.
  • Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional team members (Merchants, Technical Design, Production, and Graphics) through communication and problem-solving.
  • Part icipate in fittings and provide fit comments to ensure proper fit and brand integrity.
  • Maintains design records and ensures line sheets are up to date.
What You'll Need:
  • At least  6 years design working experience preferred in Bra or Lingerie. 
  • Associate's Degree in Fashion or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, & Illustrator, Microsoft Excel a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be organized and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective overseas e-mail communication.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Ability to flex with change.
