As the Integrated Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and managing the process of all integrated omni-marketing initiatives. The role will be an expert on each step of the ITM Process to ensure all initiatives are on-time and milestones are met.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and maintain the integrated marketing calendar (IMC) as lead integrated project manager, ensuring on-time delivery of all marketing projects and milestones are met across channels
  • Assist in the development of presentations for all cross-functional kick offs and working sessions
  • Provide weekly updates on all marketing initiatives
  • Assist in the development of integrated cross-functional reports, marketing plans, key strategy and hindsight decks
  • Be the expert on the IMC Calendar and ITM Project Management Tool in order to support all business leads; channel leads, merch, and creative
  • Research industry trends and competitive landscape for future marketing strategies
  • Collect, organize, and maintain all ITM briefs
  • Work with business partners and creative project managers to develop timelines for all IMC projects
  • Own communication on any changes to the IMC Calendar and ensure all project timelines are updated
  • Ensure external creative teams have all necessary marketing materials
  • Perform other job duties as needed
What You'll Need:
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing/Business Communications or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience working in marketing and project management ideally within the retail industry
  • Proficient in Excel and other project management tools
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and/or other presentation tools
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excited and interested in building new processes and bringing new ideas to the table
