Contract Recruiter (Tech, Digital & Finance)

Description

We are looking for an experienced Tech, Digital and Finance Contract Recruiter to support our continued growth. As a Contract Recruiter, you will be focused on identifying and placing key talent in our tech, digital, and finance teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sourcing experience including cold calling, lead generation, and creative sourcing methodologies
  • Partner with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing strategies & approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
  • Recruit passive candidates at all levels and understand how to match technical requirements to candidates' skill set and competencies
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback
  • Develop, foster and maintain relationships with hiring managers
  • Track, maintain and improve recruitment metrics
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives

What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years' technical recruitment experience in the technology space and or agency/search firm; in-house technical recruiting preferred
  • Proven and successful track record of engaging, selling and recruiting senior technical and digital talent
  • Knowledge of technology industry landscape and trends
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated internet proficiency and ability to work with Applicant tracking systems as well as sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Github and Google
