Description
Under direct supervision, responsible for receiving, storing, issuing and delivering supplies and equipment.

Core Competencies | |
- Completes the necessary paperwork and notes discrepancies according to departmental procedure.

- Receives incoming supplies and verifies that the merchandise received matches the packing list, requisition, and purchase order.
| |
- Stocks shelves according to procedure.
| |
- Fills orders from user departments for supplies.
| |
- Loads truck and delivers supplies and equipment to the Medical Center in a timely and courteous manner.
| |
- Picks up equipment and supplies from the Medical Center for return to the Warehouse.
| |
- Answers the telephone and responds to user department requests for assistance.
| |
- Uses equipment including forklift, pallet jack, delivery truck and step ladders in a safe manner according to policy.

License / Certification Requirements |
| CA Class C driver’s license or obtain within 6 months if out of state driver’s license |
