Description

The Unit Resource RN is responsible for providing all aspects of Triaging clinical care while providing effective and appropriate communication to ensure the optimal patient clinical experience. Assignments will include but are not limited to Triaging Patient/ Physician phone calls, reviewing daily labs and sending to MD, reviewing incoming wound care orders faxed from physician and enter faxed orders in EHR, sending communication note to clinician with order changes, assisting clinical managers in task that do not require management oversight for example reviewing and cosigning LVN orders and other duties as assigned.
