As a Senior PeopleSoft Financial Systems Analyst, you'll spearhead the implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge data systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless user experience.    

    

Key Responsibilities:    

  • System Implementation: Drive the implementation of accounting/financial systems, conducting thorough analysis, setup, and testing to ensure precision aligned with GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with IT and relevant departments to incorporate user needs into system requirements, ensuring comprehensive documentation and addressing technical aspects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and procedures, providing recommendations for optimized system performance.
  • Interface Development: Develop and test interfaces between various systems/databases, contributing to seamless data flow.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain meticulous system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Administration: Undertake system administration duties, including security administration, configuration management, and proactive system monitoring.

    

Position Requirements:    

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Progressive professional experience in maintaining accounting systems; exposure to implementing financial systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency using People Soft Financials.
