The TMHCC HR Team has an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building and driving programs to enhance the overall employee experience and increase employee engagement, sense of belonging and connectivity. The Sr. Consultant, Employee Engagement, DEI & Employee Relations will play a key role in supporting TMHCC’s People strategy: Grow & Align Talent, Transform the Work Environment, Foster an Organizational Growth Mindset, Innovation.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performance individual capable of managing a wide range of HR accountabilities including but not limited to:

  • Work cross functionally planning and executing company-wide strategy and roadmap of programs and initiatives designed to enhance DEI, culture, engagement, and employee experience. May include, but not limited to, employee surveys, communications, events, employee recognition, employer branding initiatives to support our People Strategy and make TMHCC a great place to work.
  • Development and oversight of the new TMHCC Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) program including a program playbook and materials, and regular training and coaching for community leaders.
  • Leverage relevant tools and resources to plan, monitor, and measure the progress of employee engagement and TMHCC culture, serving as a steward of employee listening and engagement. Gather employee feedback, analyze, and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate across global HR teams to scale engagement activities, community outreach and impact, along with a suite of toolkits to attract, engage and retain talent. Assist with external recruiting efforts, including maintaining relationships with schools, associations, and other recruiters to elevate TMHCC DEI focus.
  • Act as a resource to support complex employee relations matters, policy interpretation and development, workplace investigations and employees relations training.

 

Competencies and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Progressive professional experience, preferably with companies with a global footprint and perspective. Experience working in Human Resources is required.
  • Strong personal commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Knowledge in US employment laws and regulations including ADA, Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA.
  • Demonstrated accomplishments working with internal clients and colleagues to develop messages that complement corporate branding strategies and build employee engagement.
  • Capacity to work with others in a high-functioning, collaborative, and innovative environment.
  • Strong work ethic and high level of integrity; demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Committed to working in a collaborative environment aligned with TMHCC’s “dynamic working” culture. We prioritize being in office four days per week and working remotely one day, after an initial onboarding time period.
