 Intern Reception Support (Barcelona)


 Main responsibilities: 

  • Manage the switchboard
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Dispatch courier to different teams
  • Announce and assist visitors
  • Cover reception when receptionist has team meeting / team events / lunch break / holidays
  • Prepare meeting rooms upon request
  • Keep employees and office lists up to date
  • Keep our Office The Port page updated
  • Make sure kitchen, stationary, and office in general have its corresponding supply
  • Assist on office stationary and kitchen supplies orders
  • Book meeting rooms upon request
  • Assist marketing department with binding presentation upon request
  • Enter business cards in outlook for employees upon request



  • Fluent in English and Spanish, knowledge of any other language would be an asset
  • English is the language spoken in the office and interviews will be held in English
  • High degree of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Internet
