The Help Desk Specialist is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers by providing technical support through both phone and email.
What You’ll Do:
- Technical support. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, or email. Reach, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Set up new user accounts/grant permissions. Responsible for setting up ProAg accounts, security administration, and account creation with internal applications.
- Interact with the corporate IT department on various issues. This position will work with the Tokio Marine HCC IT department on various requests and problem-solving.
What You’ll Bring:
- Two years of experience, preferably in IT.
- High School diploma or equivalent. Preferably an associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Must be an exceptional communicator, with an emphasis on strong customer focus and high service level relationships with clients.
- Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable areas of the Company’s business to proactively respond to changing business environment.
- Must have sound analytical skills as well as problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
