As the Email Marketing Manager on our TiVo Consumer Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving our lifecycle email/newsletter efforts for our streaming player and DVR product lines.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive strategy to increase engagement across all email and newsletter streams including new products/features, introductions, onboarding, transactional messages, drip campaigns, promotions and (re) engagement
  • Own customer email communication from development through execution including content, relevancy, smart segmentation and personalization  
  • Plan and execute ongoing testing (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email performance
  • Be the email/newsletter SME who partners across the organization to drive best practices
  • Manage CRM data maintenance owning the brief, review, code/build, QA and deployment processes for all email/newsletter campaigns
  • Develop and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on email performance
  • Monitor the marketplace to keep ahead of best practices and best-in-class vendor opportunities

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years email marketing experience with a direct or online consumer-based company
  • Fluent in HTML/XHTML/CSS
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar email platform)
  • Well-versed in email best-practices and compliance (CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
  • Experienced at coding, optimization and QA’ing for customer-facing marketing email campaigns
  • Technically proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Proven ability to translate analytic data into strategic insights that drive successful marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve
  • Strong verbal/written communication and copy writing skills
  • Passionate about streaming media category
