Job Description:
- Work closely with peers, technical product owners and software engineers to understand the complete context of deliveries, translate complex functional and non-functional requirements in robust end to end tests that exercise the business process.
- Liaise with other release train teams to manage the testing of cross dependencies.
- Ensure Test Tools are configured correctly and accurately to support the collection of metrics for program and enterprise-wide dashboards.
- Support functional test scripts, conduct functional testing, capture test results, and validate defect fixes to write and maintain automated functional tests through continuous integration.
- Work closely with software developers to develop test specifications and build test cases to test product functionality rigorously and investigate all potential product test failures.
- Implement, maintain and adapt automation frameworks. Test harnesses to make end to end tests robust.
- Support the Peer Quality Assurance Engineer with the coordination of major delivery initiatives across multiple domains and environments, ensuring no customer or business impact.
- Support the team in their development, training and understanding of technologies and processes
- Perform in-depth, detailed investigations into quality issues to discover root causes, and then work closely with the development team to develop solutions that resolve the issue
- Own and deliver on the overall process and reporting including test results delivery, analysis reports, logs, and key metrics.
- Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions offering inputs from a QA perspective
- Produce reports on testing progress for internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the requirements below:
- 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce business operations, Service Console, Sales, Product, and Certification Console quality engineering roles involving the building of complex, scalable and large software solutions in Enterprise and data domain.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, billing applications such as Razer and Zone, and integration connectors between these platforms and other enterprise applications.
- Lead and establish automation and coding best practices and own and drive quality across the SDLC (shift-left & shift-right practices).
- Strong experience in automation frameworks and continuous testing implementation
Technical Experience in:
Test Automation: Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured
Programming: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript,
CI/CD: GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
Cloud & Containers: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
API & Performance Testing: Postman, JMeter. - Utilize AI agent and framework to automate testing
AI/GenAI: LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, AI-assisted testing platforms
- Strong experience with test software and tools, such as Jira, Confluence.
- Extensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testing
- Tenaciously skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail

- Proven delivery experience in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment
