Job Summary:
 
Xperi is looking for a talented Contract Administrator/Paralegal to join its legal department. The Contract Administrator/Paralegal will be responsible for assisting the EMEA legal department head, managing contract workflow and legal systems, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining corporate documentation as well as assisting the European lawyers with contractual and related drafting. Where appropriate, You will work closely with internal stakeholders, such as personnel in sales, legal, finance, and operations, to manage the entire contract lifecycle and assist with new matters. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for generating reports from Salesforce, and contributing to the organization and maintenance of documents on SharePoint intranet sites.
 
The ideal candidate will have the ability to help with light contract drafting (subject to attorney review) and/or corporate entity management including the organization and filing of corporate documents. An understanding of Salesforce CRM and Conga contract management software to support contract management processes is also preferred.
 
Location: Galway, Ireland  or Twickenham/London (hybrid) 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the EMEA legal department head across the department and ongoing matters.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from creation to termination, including obtaining internal approvals and signatures, uploading and activating commercial and vendor contracts into the legal system, and tracking key dates and milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents in Salesforce.
  • Prepare and disseminate contract status and termination notices to sales, finance, operations, and client support teams.
  • Anticipate and proactively identify more effective and efficient ways to manage contract processes.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys including drafting, document revision and diary management.
 Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, 4-year institution or equivalent.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience working as a contract administrator or paralegal in an in-house legal department or at a law firm.
  • Detail-oriented, positive, efficient team player, with strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint.
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Contract drafting and transaction experience.
  • Corporate entity management and familiarity with corporate organizational documents.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Conga.
