Position Description:
The Program Integrator will support leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines for programs. This role involves monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios, performing holistic analyses to minimize costs and implementation risks, and ensuring initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist leadership in maintaining program acquisition baselines.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios.
- Perform holistic analysis to identify risks, minimize costs, and optimize implementation.
- Verify program initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.
- Utilize workflow management tools, Jira, and SharePoint for program tracking and reporting.
- Provide recommendations to improve program execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Program Management, Business Administration, Systems Engineering).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program integration, portfolio management, or program management support.
- Proven experience in program integration, portfolio management, or program management support.
- Proficiency in workflow management tools, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and program stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in budgeting and cost analysis for large programs.
- Familiarity with acquisition processes or PEO program structures.
- Ability to synthesize complex program data into actionable insights.
Physical Requirements:
- This position involves sedentary work with physical requirements expected for at least 50% of the time. Essential functions include prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking.
