What You’ll Do:
As the heartbeat of our Executive Leadership team, you will:
 
Lead with Impact: Be the driving force behind our leaders, taking ownership of critical administrative functions that propel our company towards its goals. Your contributions will be felt across the entire organization as you facilitate excellence in every project and initiative.
 
Champion Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by liaising between executives and team members at all levels, ensuring seamless communication and a unified approach to achieving our business objectives.
 
Innovate and Execute: Beyond managing schedules and booking travel, you'll be tasked with creating compelling reports, presentations, and leading special projects such as budgeting, market research, and social media initiatives. Your ability to think outside the box will be crucial in finding innovative solutions that enhance our operations.
 
Curate Experiences: Plan and coordinate high-profile meetings and events, both on and off-site, that leave a lasting impression. From setting the agenda to managing every detail, you'll ensure these gatherings reflect Thompson Thrift’s commitment to excellence.
 
Who You Are:
 
  • A seasoned professional with at least four years of progressive experience in an executive assistant role, ideally supporting top-tier leadership.
  • A strategic thinker with a knack for managing complexity, solving ambiguous problems, and interpreting company procedures with ease.
  • A communication powerhouse with impeccable written and verbal skills, who can seamlessly navigate the intricacies of high-level correspondence and stakeholder engagement.
  • A master of multitasking, able to juggle multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion.
  • A technology aficionado, with expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite 365 and an eagerness to leverage technology for greater efficiency.
  • A mentor and leader, ready to provide guidance to other administrative professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Education and Experience:
 
Minimum Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
 
Experience: 4+ years in a high-level administrative or executive assistant role, with a preference for experience supporting C-suite executives.

Schedule and Travel
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: As Needed
Physical Requirements, Environmental & Hazardous Specifications
Sedentary Activity: Job involves sitting most of the time; occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds. The duties of the job require the frequent use of hand and fingers to type, reach, grasp, and handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The job frequently requires the use of a computer and monitor. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The job may occasionally require both short and long-term travel by a variety of conveyances. Work may occasionally be required at construction work sites, office locations and/or off-site venues. This may require walking on uneven surfaces, through mud, through ruts, etc. It may also include exposure to dust, fumes, and heavy machinery.
