Your Role as Production Artist:
As a Production Artist, you’ll format artwork, ensure print quality, and organize files for both print and digital projects. You’ll collaborate with the Production/Graphic Design Team to meet daily marketing needs and troubleshoot final files.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and excels in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Responsibilities include making revisions, preflighting for print, and ensuring all materials align with brand standards.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator, is required. We're seeking someone adaptable, able to handle shifting priorities, and ready to go the extra mile.
What You’ll Do:
- Day-to-day updates of all Marketing & Communication support materials including but not limited to partner communications (offering packages, reporting, newsletters, market insight materials), event and appreciation gift execution (planning thru delivery), and leasing/development supporting materials.
- Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications.
- Source and manage external print jobs as needed and manage vendor relations.
- Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
- Create PDFs for print and client review.
- Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time.
- Event support and tradeshow prep.
- Miscellaneous tasks/projects as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate for This Role:
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Graphic Design, or related field of study; bachelor's is preferred.
- Significant course work in graphic design, print production, visual arts, or a related field, along with an outstanding portfolio and experience that demonstrates clear knowledge of print production and design, may suffice in the absence of a degree.
- Residential and Commercial real estate experience is preferred (site plans, mapping, marketing flyers).
- Experience managing multiple vendor relationships and sourcing promotional items with concept-to-completion skills in packaging and presentation.
- Must have a solid knowledge of printing processes and should be adept with software applications such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with digital content such as websites and email campaigns may be required.
- Should have strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects using project management software.
- Must stay up to date with new production/graphic design techniques and trends through research and education.
