Job Description  
Thompson Thrift Construction is seeking field project engineers to assist our superintendents/assistant superintendents on our project sites. This is an entry-level position with tremendous opportunities for advancement into a superintendent position. This individual will work closely with the superintendent and will help coordinate all tasks associated with ground-up and tenant finish out construction. General Contractor / Site Supervision / Multifamily & Luxury Apartment Construction professionals
Such tasks include: 
  • Scheduling and management of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Punch list management, invoices and other documents, Quality control, safety as well as budget and other project financial review.
Qualifications  
  • A degree in Construction Management or related degree is required
  • Prior construction experience of 1-2 years is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to problem solves and multi-task

Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Performing this job requires the use of hands to finer, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear (bells, whistles, etc.), stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
