Your Role as a Recruiter:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned full-time roles, from intake through offer acceptance and start date
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and timelines
- Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates using networking, referrals, industry connections, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
- Optimize recruiting tools and technology to build strong talent pipelines and identify top talent
- Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and networking engagements to strengthen employer brand presence
- Lead staffing meetings with executives to ensure alignment on open roles and hiring priorities
- Prepare and extend offers; guide candidates through the pre-employment process and coordinate start dates
- Partner with onboarding resources to ensure timely completion of background checks and other pre-employment requirements
- Build and maintain strong professional networks and contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and recruiting outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System and uphold compliance standards
What You Bring:
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Skills
- Results-driven mindset with strong accountability for achieving hiring goals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically and apply creative problem-solving to sourcing challenges
- Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
- Ability to build strong relationships across departments and effectively partner with hiring managers
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a high-expectation environment
