Role Overview:
As a Procore Coordinator at Thompson Thrift, you will take full ownership of Procore software, overseeing its training, administration, and strategic planning. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our project management processes by ensuring that every team member is equipped to maximize Procore’s capabilities. This role is not just about managing software; it’s about driving change, fostering efficiency, and setting new standards for how we manage our projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Procore Mastery: Serve as the go-to expert for all things Procore, ensuring the software is fully leveraged across all projects.  Training Leadership: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive Procore training programs for project managers, engineers, and site teams, ensuring that all users are proficient and confident in utilizing the platform.
 
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with project managers and executives to align Procore’s functionalities with the company’s broader project control strategies, optimizing workflows and improving project outcomes.
 
Software Administration: Manage Procore settings, user permissions, and integrations to maintain a seamless and efficient project management environment.
 
Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and Procore updates, continuously refining and expanding our use of the software to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
 
Problem-Solving: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Procore users, resolving issues quickly and preventing disruptions to project progress.
 
Data Analysis: Utilize Procore’s data analytics tools to generate insights, reports, and forecasts that inform decision-making at all levels of the organization.
 
Qualifications:
 
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in project controls within the construction industry, with significant experience in Procore software.
 
Education: Minimum of an Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
 
Skills:
 
Deep understanding of Procore software, including advanced features and integrations.
 
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and inspire teams.
 
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
