Your Role as Senior Vice President of Equity Capital Markets: 
As a Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, you will be at the wheel of our strategic initiatives, forging strong partnerships and leading our investment partner operations. You will lead a team responsible for the strategic development, execution, and management of equity capital strategies. Overseeing our Equity Capital Markets department and managing Fund Administration and Partner Relations, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Oversight: Direct the Equity Capital Markets department, managing a highly effective team including the VP of Equity Capital Markets, Sr. Director of Capital Markets Operations, and Sr. Director of Partner Relations. Ensure their alignment with company objectives and high standards.
  • Equity Capital Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to secure private capital essential for achieving development goals. This includes overseeing equity capital strategy and planning, ensuring robust financial structures are in place.
  • Operational Management: Manage Fund Administration for a portfolio exceeding $1 billion, overseeing investment partner reporting across 54+ properties.
  • Partner Relations: Providing strategic updates on project performance and maintaining investor confidence.
  • Fundraising Leadership: Lead efforts to secure annual equity requirements exceeding $400 million.
  • Market Expertise: Maintain expertise of current market data and trends, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions and guide corporate strategy.
  • Accountability: Attend TT Investment Committee meetings. Ensure alignment of initiatives with corporate objectives and provide oversight to drive performance and accountability.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage departmental budgets and planning processes, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. Implement cost-effective measures to enhance operational efficiency while meeting financial targets.

 

Our Ideal Candidate for This Role:

  • Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study is a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in capital markets or related fields, with at least 6 years in a management capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Project, Excel).
  • Working knowledge of construction and development processes.
  • Stellar communication and strategic planning skills.
  • Outstanding ability to lead and drive teams to the achievement of budgetary goals and objectives.
  • Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of financial analysis and market dynamics.
