In this role, you'll play a critical part in analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making. What You’ll Do:

• Analyze financial data to inform business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios.
• Assist in the creation of financial packages, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Conduct detailed analysis of trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support special projects and ad hoc analysis for senior management.
• Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend cost-saving strategies.
• Research industry trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscapes to guide financial planning.

Our Ideal Candidate for This Role:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting, or finance.
• 2+ years of real estate financial analysis experience.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
• Thrive working independently and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excel at communicating your insights in both written and verbal formats.
