What You’ll Do

  • Provide proactive, high-level support that enables executives to focus on strategy, managing critical administrative functions that propel our company forward.
  • Foster collaboration by serving as the link between executives and team members across all levels, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Go beyond scheduling and travel—create compelling reports, presentations, and lead special projects such as budgeting support, market research, and communications initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate high-profile meetings and events, managing every detail from agenda to execution, ensuring they reflect Thompson Thrift’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive executive assistant experience, ideally supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage high-level correspondence and stakeholder engagement.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office 365 and eagerness to leverage technology for efficiency.
  • A collaborative and mentoring mindset, with the ability to guide and support other administrative professionals.
  • Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
