Your mission:   
 
Your mission as a Quality Assurance Analyst is to perform a variety of tests, report bugs, reviewing and analyzing system specifications, executing test scripts and reviewing results, reporting and documenting technical issues. You will create Test Cases, following standard and best practices), review user interfaces for consistency and functionality, run manual and automated test, develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness, write and execute test scripts, and you will have good and timely communication with the team and client.

Who are we looking for? ​  
 
We are seeking confident, curious, and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst that can perform a variety of tests, Report Bugs, reviewing and analyzing system specifications, executing test scripts and reviewing results, reporting and documenting technical issues.  
 
Requirements:   
  • 2+ years of experience working in QA testing.
  • ServiceNow SysAdmin Certification – Desired
  • ITIL Foundations Certified – Desired.
  • Certified Tester Foundation Level – Desired.
  • Experience working with the tool Postman and testing integration tests – Desired.
  • Experience creating documentation in English.
  • Identify different test scenarios in a requirement.
  • Test Cases creation (standard & best practices).
  • Identify negative test scenarios.
  • Review User Interfaces for Consistency & Functionality.
  • Analytical Thinking.
  • Break Project into Attainable Progress Goals.
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication.
  • Perform and Document Risk Analysis.
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferred.
  • Defect management.
  • Experience using testing tools.
