Your Mission: 
 
We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst that can identify business areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes. A Thirdera BA works with the Process and Technical teams on client engagements to gather requirements, identify solutions to business processes problems, and assist in the solution design. Working collaboratively with project leadership, BAs are an essential role in engagement, participating in the creation of robust solutions within the customers’ environments, and collaborating with clients and colleagues to make sure these systems support the user's end goal. The role serves as a bridge between the client and the technical team, ensuring the development matches the client ́s needs.   
Responsibilities   
  • Execute root cause analysis during problematic situation to detect corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Develop Business case scenarios that meet the real customer’s need within the scope, time and financial
  • frameworks.
  • Recommend solutions that satisfy the business needs based on experience and the knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities.
  • Assesses the risks of various solutions and effectively communicates every scenario to the customer.
  • Closely works with QA team in the understating of all possible test case scenarios.
  • Performing high-level analysis to determine feasibility, the cost /benefit of a request/product/solution and
  • produce required documentation.
  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop solutions
Requirements   
  • 4-5 years of Business Analyst experience required
  • Experience in end to end implementation of 2 or more ServiceNow modules and 1-2 years of previous ServiceNow Business Analyst experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree (Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering)
  • Preferred certifications:
    • CSPO (Certificate Scrum Product Owner)
    • CSM (Certificate Scrum Master)
  • 2 years designing and improving processes.
  • 2+ years designing and improving projects
