Your mission:

Your mission as a Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant is to be a technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage by assisting the sales personnel in the qualification of commercial customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis for one or more strategic accounts. You will exhibit mastery of the Sales process and you will be a trusted advisor for the account representative. You will work at direction of practice manager to grow the practice.

Who are we looking for? ​

We are seeking a confident, curious, and experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant that performs both standard and customized product demonstrations to potential and existing customers, leading the pre-sales phase from a technical point of view. Supporting our sales team, understanding the evolving needs of our customers and ensuring our high standard of quality delivery.

Requirements: 

• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and appreciation for cultural diversity 
• +6 years of experience working on a Solution Consultant Role
• +4 years of experience with ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification
• ServiceNow presales Certification
• ServiceNow sales Certification
• ITIL Foundations & Scrum Master Certified – Desired
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Desired
