Seeking a tech savvy Technical Writer with a minimum of three years of technical writing experience to join The VOID. The Technical Writer will be focused on the creation of clear and concise technical documentation.

  • Develop clear and concise technical documents that are clearly described and easy to follow.
  • Develop accurate and complex technical documents to support the IT and development teams.
  • Compile manuals, guides, as-build diagrams, and other processes and procedures into an IT run book to be used by internal and external partners.
  • Create technical documents that are
  • Research and gather technical information from SMEs.
  • Manage document control by keeping the files on the server organized.
  • Proofread and edit various documents written by others.


  • Degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 3+ years of Technical Writing experience in a technical and complex environment
  • Self-motivated, must be able to set and meet deadlines autonomously.
  • Superior skills in technical language, writing, and capability in authoring clear and concise process-oriented technical documentation.
  • Thorough and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organized and collaborative.
