Compensation Coordinator (Senior) – Support Data Integrity, Market Analysis, and Compensation Operations

Join The Pasha Group as a Compensation Coordinator (Senior), where you will support enterprise compensation programs through complex transactional processing, job architecture maintenance, and market data analysis.

In this role, you will partner across HR and business teams to ensure job and pay actions are processed accurately, job descriptions reflect organizational standards, and compensation programs remain competitive and compliant.
 
Your Impact: Execute with Precision & Integrity 
You will provide operational and analytical support for union and non-union compensation programs across the enterprise.
  • Process Job & Pay Actions: Review and process job requisitions, offers, Personnel Action Notices (PANs), and union rate adjustments for compliance with policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain Job Architecture: Initiate, track, and finalize workflows for new and revised job descriptions. Review, edit, and update job content to align with classification standards.
  • Ensure Compliance: Perform audits to validate alignment with compensation program guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Support Market Competitiveness: Gather market data, participate in salary surveys, and prepare initial market pricing recommendations.
Strengthen Systems, Reporting & Program Quality 
Your analytical mindset will support program effectiveness and process improvement.
  • Salary Survey Participation: Prepare and submit salary survey data files accurately and on time.
  • Documentation & Controls: Maintain and update compensation process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and audit readiness.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and distribute reports, charts, and data files; support data validation for merit and incentive programs.
  • System Support: Assist with HR system configuration, testing, and data preparation for compensation cycles and mass updates.
  • Manager Enablement: Contribute to compensation-related training materials and communications.
What You Bring 
You are highly organized, analytical, and committed to maintaining the integrity of compensation data.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or coursework in related field preferred
  • 3+ years of compensation, HR operations, or high-volume transactional data management experience
  • Experience creating or revising job descriptions preferred
  • Experience participating in and utilizing private industry market data preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required
