Work closely with external delivery partners, maintaining alignment of solution approach and execution with delivery expectations and established governance guardrails.

Support cross-functional solution delivery efforts involving enterprise applications, middleware configuration, and other operational platforms that interact with or impact the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on data mapping and solution alignment.

Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and misalignment early, escalating concerns with clear context and recommendations.

Apply established standards and best practices related to architecture, security, integrations, documentation, and release readiness.

Participate in business and technical working sessions, representing the Business Applications team in discussions related to delivery, requirements, and operational impact.

Support testing facilitation, deployment and release activities, issue triage, and post-launch stabilization.

Create and maintain practical documentation, including requirements, process flows, solution notes, decision records, and support materials.

Contribute to “Run the Business” activities as needed, including troubleshooting support, analysis, and system maintenance.

Collaborate effectively across technology, operations, services delivery, and external partner teams to achieve successful delivery outcomes.

COMPETENCIES

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Adept at navigating complex, evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
